Own day-to-day dredge mining operations across two high-throughput dredges, including production, staffing, safety, equipment reliability, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Lead operators and supervisors, execute mine plans, track production and inventory, oversee engineering designs and projects, manage vendors and contractors, and ensure OSHA, MSHA, and regulatory compliance in a field-based Permian Basin environment.

Leads health, safety, environmental, regulatory compliance, contractor management, and operational risk programs for mobile and behind-the-meter power generation. Advises executives and operations leaders, oversees HSE across facilities and project lifecycles, manages contractor safety, conducts audits and field engagements, investigates serious incidents, analyzes performance metrics, drives SIF prevention, and develops HSE personnel. The role requires 50% travel and extensive experience in high-hazard energy or industrial environments.

Lead and mentor network and system engineers to design, implement, and maintain OT and IT infrastructure across sites. Manage Windows servers, SQL databases, virtualization, networking, firewalls, SCADA/OT systems, security initiatives, lifecycle management, and 24x7 support while enforcing infrastructure standards and supporting automation and cloud/virtualized control systems.

Provide on-site IT systems and desktop support in manufacturing and office environments. Administer Windows servers, virtualization, storage, Office 365/Azure, AD/Exchange, networking, and deploy infrastructure across multiple locations. Troubleshoot hardware/software interfacing with factory equipment, script administrative tasks, document procedures, mentor staff, be on-call, and travel between Texas sites as needed.

Own and execute the IT SOX compliance program, including scoping, risk assessment, walkthroughs, ITGC and application control testing, documentation, reporting, and remediation tracking. Partner with IT, Accounting, Internal Audit, control owners, and external auditors to identify deficiencies and strengthen controls over financial reporting. Support audits, assessments, training, dashboards, and continuous improvement across systems, applications, infrastructure, access controls, and SDLC processes.

Lead and execute operational, financial, IT, and SOX audits from planning through reporting. Perform gap analyses, manage multiple audit projects, coordinate with stakeholders and external auditors, contribute to risk assessments and the annual audit plan, and prepare reports for senior management and the Audit Committee.

Manage and coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of proppant (sand) across multi-origin/multi-destination networks. Optimize routes, track inventory and shipments, negotiate with carriers/3PLs, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, maintain logistics documentation, analyze data for process improvements, support troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Serve as the liaison between business units and AI developers: lead discovery, translate business needs into requirements, prioritize use cases, support solution design, drive adoption and change management, measure ROI, and ensure responsible AI governance and compliance.
