Build and maintain AI-powered features (conversational interfaces, automations, computer vision), integrate AI with internal systems and Azure services, implement testing and governance for AI behavior, ensure security and privacy controls, monitor deployed solutions for performance and cost, and respond to incidents and improvements.

Serve as the liaison between business units and AI developers: lead discovery, translate business needs into requirements, prioritize use cases, support solution design, drive adoption and change management, measure ROI, and ensure responsible AI governance and compliance.

The EHS Director will lead safety and health programs, focusing on operational risk management and performance improvement within last mile operations, ensuring compliance and driving safety culture.
