Manages surveys, talent reviews, development programs, vendors, communications, HR technology, dashboards, KPIs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across a growing, multi-site organization.

Leads the design, development, deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial automation solutions using Ignition and Allen-Bradley platforms. Defines architecture, programming standards, integration patterns, documentation, and reusable frameworks. Mentors engineers, reviews technical work, oversees third-party vendors, and supports automation systems across plant, field, on-premises, and cloud environments. Requires travel within Texas, flexible hours, and after-hours on-call support.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, skilled trades, field, operations, engineering, and professional roles. Source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, develop strategies for difficult searches, assess candidates, partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, manage multiple requisitions, provide labor-market insights, support targeted recruiting initiatives, maintain ATS records, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
