Perform daily deposit operations including transaction processing, net settlements, reconciliations, data entry, account openings, CD processing, audit confirmations via Confirms.com, recordkeeping, and customer support by phone and email while coordinating with internal teams.

Lead and execute outsourced internal audits for community banks: plan audits, gather information, complete workpapers and client-facing reports, hold closing meetings, present findings, review others' audits, manage multiple assignments, and communicate status with clients and leadership. Travel to client locations, company training, and industry events as needed.

Support product management by preparing and analyzing product performance reports, maintaining product inventories and specs, supporting pricing strategy, validating client billing and reconciliations, and assisting product development and cross-functional communications to ensure accuracy, profitability, and continuous improvement.
