Perform daily deposit operations including transaction processing, net settlements, reconciliations, data entry, account openings, CD processing, audit confirmations via Confirms.com, recordkeeping, and customer support by phone and email while coordinating with internal teams.

Manage and grow a portfolio of community bank clients across New England as a trusted advisor. Identify sales opportunities, present solutions, support onboarding and post-sale service, maintain CRM records, and travel regionally for client meetings and relationship reviews.

Support product management with product administration, performance reporting, pricing analysis, and client billing oversight. Maintain product inventories and documentation, analyze performance and pricing, reconcile billing, prepare reports and presentations, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Client Care to drive product improvements and ensure accuracy and profitability.
