Processes domestic and international wire transfers, including transaction posting, OFAC verification, foreign exchange requests, SWIFT communications, settlement support, balancing, and operational logging. Investigates fraud, compliance, and non-receipt claims while resolving client and vendor inquiries. The role also supports ACH settlement, monitors Fed account activity, maintains accurate records, and provides timely customer service during high-volume transaction processing.

Leads domestic and international wire processing operations, including workflow coordination, settlement, Fedwire and SWIFT activities, compliance controls, OFAC verification, audits, issue resolution, and client support. Provides team guidance, training, procedure maintenance, exception management, and process improvement while ensuring accurate and timely payment processing in a regulated banking environment.

Manages financial close activities, regulatory and GAAP reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Oversees payroll accounting, prepares financial statements and board summaries, supports regulatory filings, and leads process improvement and automation initiatives. Serves as an accounting subject matter expert, advises cross-functional stakeholders, and guides team members on controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
