The Underwriting Help Desk role involves supporting bridge and construction loan transactions, guiding loan applications, and ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines. Responsibilities include due diligence reviews, preparing construction files, and analyzing complex income documentation.

Maintain CRM data integrity, configure and optimize workflows, build and deploy marketing campaigns and automated journeys, develop audience segmentation and triggers, produce KPI reporting, troubleshoot CRM issues, document processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide user training.

Perform daily loan funding, investor purchase, cash and warehouse bank reconciliations; process wire transfers and accounts payable; record general ledger entries; ensure transactions comply with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements; produce ad hoc reports and support closing team communication.

Support the Business Development team with administrative and marketing tasks: CRM updates, client appreciation, event coordination, co-branded marketing, and social media content creation (graphics, reels, shorts, filming/editing). Maintain marketing inventory, assist with AI tool use, schedule content, and provide general support to Loan Officers and the Business Development Manager.

Review and audit closed mortgage loan files, deliver files to investors, clear investor conditions and post-closing deficiencies, and communicate with loan teams to obtain documentation for loan sale.

Support a top-producing Loan Officer by managing client communications, scheduling, file management, marketing content capture, maintaining databases, and performing office administrative duties to ensure a smooth mortgage origination process.
