Support the Business Development team with administrative and marketing tasks: CRM updates, client appreciation, event coordination, co-branded marketing, and social media content creation (graphics, reels, shorts, filming/editing). Maintain marketing inventory, assist with AI tool use, schedule content, and provide general support to Loan Officers and the Business Development Manager.

The Content Developer & Copywriter will create and manage content strategies, write and edit various types of content, collaborate with teams, and optimize for SEO.

Support a top-producing Loan Officer by managing client communications, scheduling, file management, marketing content capture, maintaining databases, and performing office administrative duties to ensure a smooth mortgage origination process.
