Develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET/.NET Core and C#. Integrate front-end components with back-end services, design and optimize databases (MS SQL/MySQL), build and consume REST APIs and Windows Services, handle TCP/IP and serial port communications, debug and optimize performance, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Manage Amazon FBA and FBM operations, website orders, inventory, warehouse coordination, courier logistics, returns, and shipment issues. Track fulfillment, delivery, inventory, and courier KPIs; prepare operational reports; maintain accurate stock records; and develop process improvements and SOPs. Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer support, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Identify and generate new business, manage leads from first contact to conversion, build client relationships, prepare proposals/quotations, meet sales targets, maintain sales records, coordinate with internal teams, monitor market trends, and attend client meetings as needed.

Provide 24x7 helpdesk support via phone, email, and ticketing; log and resolve incidents per SLA; escalate complex issues; assist users with software/hardware/login problems; coordinate with internal teams and produce support reports while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Conduct primary and secondary market research, design and execute surveys, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, prepare reports and presentations, and provide data-driven insights to support Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Maintain market intelligence databases and engage with clients/customers via telephone for feedback and validation.

Produce and edit product photography and short-form video content (reels) for social media and e-commerce, coordinate UGC creators, develop Amazon and Instagram visual assets, and align content with brand strategy.

Provide customer support by processing and tracking website orders, maintaining customer/order databases, resolving queries, coordinating with Amazon Fulfillment and internal teams, and generating reports in Excel.

Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram and the company website; plan and optimize Meta and Google Ads; run email marketing and influencer collaborations; create and schedule content; track campaign performance and customer retention; produce reports and stay current on trends.

Build and maintain responsive websites and web applications, handling frontend and backend development, API and third-party integrations, database work (MySQL/MongoDB), performance optimization, debugging, and collaborating on UI/UX improvements.

Manage and monitor IT infrastructure and data communication systems, lead technical teams, implement e-Governance solutions, ensure network security and data integrity, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, troubleshoot issues, and deliver projects on time with required documentation and compliance.

Drive growth in GPS tracking and IoT device markets by identifying opportunities, building client and partner relationships, leading a business development team, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating on go-to-market strategies, and representing the company at industry events.
