Administers and optimizes Asurint’s Salesforce ecosystem for Sales, Marketing, and Account Management. Responsibilities include configuring automation, managing users and permissions, supporting forecasting and reporting, processing enhancement requests, testing and deploying changes, troubleshooting systems, documenting configurations, and leading user training and adoption. The role partners with RevOps and commercial stakeholders to improve the client lifecycle and CRM processes. Work is remote within the United States or based in Cleveland, with occasional travel.

Leads Criminal and Housing Data Acquisition teams, overseeing vendors, data quality, compliance, staffing, KPIs, audits, training, reporting, and process improvement. Resolves escalated data issues, expands public-record coverage, and provides operational guidance while partnering with the Director of Data Acquisition. The role requires SQL Server, XML, HTML, reporting, criminal-record lifecycle, and team-supervision experience. Work is remote within the United States or office-based in Cleveland, with occasional overnight travel.

Sell Asurint products to mid-market accounts using consultative techniques: qualify leads, manage opportunity lifecycle, close deals, onboard clients, maintain CRM data, cross-sell, and collaborate with internal teams. Travel ~20% and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
