Leads Criminal and Housing Data Acquisition teams, overseeing vendors, data quality, compliance, staffing, KPIs, audits, training, reporting, and process improvement. The role requires SQL Server, XML, HTML, reporting, criminal-record lifecycle, and team-supervision experience. Work is remote within the United States or office-based in Cleveland, with occasional overnight travel.

Processes employment background screening applications, including motor vehicle, civil and criminal records, registries, drug testing, and OFAC checks. Retrieves and verifies information from online databases and documents, enters data, investigates discrepancies, updates order statuses, communicates with clients and external sources, and handles confidential records. The role also monitors system changes and tracks productivity remotely or in an office setting.

Lead and scale enterprise AI capability: create AI strategy, prioritize and deliver AI-enabled solutions from concept to deployment, govern responsible AI, drive adoption and measurable business outcomes across functions, and advise executive leadership.

Sell Asurint products to mid-market accounts using consultative techniques: qualify leads, manage opportunity lifecycle, close deals, onboard clients, maintain CRM data, cross-sell, and collaborate with internal teams. Travel ~20% and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
