The Business Intelligence Engineer designs, builds, deploys, and supports BI solutions, data marts, analytics platforms, ETL processes, dashboards, and reports. The role develops SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views; resolves data quality issues; troubleshoots PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and BI tools; documents data mappings and systems; supports business stakeholders; and mentors peers. The position also improves data accuracy, integrity, security, and platform performance while following the software development life cycle.

Processes employment background screening applications, including motor vehicle, civil, criminal, registry, drug testing, and OFAC records. Retrieves and enters information from online systems and documents, conducts internet and database research, verifies details with clients and external sources, identifies discrepancies, updates order statuses, and follows applicable laws and procedures. The role also handles confidential information, implements process changes, tracks productivity, and uses office and spreadsheet software.

Leads Criminal and Housing Data Acquisition teams, overseeing vendors, data quality, compliance, staffing, KPIs, audits, training, reporting, and process improvement.
