Manage a portfolio of clients to retain and grow revenue, develop account plans, identify expansion opportunities, ensure SLA-driven delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, present business reviews, and travel occasionally to client sites.

Sell Asurint products to mid-market accounts using consultative techniques: qualify leads, manage opportunity lifecycle, close deals, onboard clients, maintain CRM data, cross-sell, and collaborate with internal teams. Travel ~20% and prepare sales forecasts and reports.

Support research team by producing and maintaining reporting, monitoring daily volume and efficiency, analyzing processes and quality trends, presenting findings to management and clients, and assisting with resource allocation and special projects.

Prepare and reconcile general ledger and subledgers, produce financial statements, manage month- and year-end close, support audits and tax filings, maintain fixed assets, analyze variances, and implement accounting/process improvements.
