Design and develop lightweight composite components, assemblies, jigs, patterns, and tooling for a Formula 1 car. The role owns complex projects from concept through detailed design, supports assembly and testing, resolves technical issues, coordinates across engineering teams, and mentors junior engineers. Candidates should have composite engineering expertise, CAD experience, knowledge of solid modeling and pre-preg manufacturing, and ideally high-level motorsport experience.

Coordinate F1 Evolution testing, heritage-car, demonstration, and event programmes. Manage travel, itineraries, schedules, suppliers, circuit bookings, contracts, purchasing, resources, and event logistics. Support garage setup, car-related operations, meetings, FIA submissions, calendars, and stakeholder communication while ensuring activities are safe, timely, and within budget. The role requires strong organisation, motorsport logistics experience, confident decision-making, and UK and international travel.

Develop and optimise Formula One control systems spanning embedded software, transmission and powertrain controls, brake-by-wire, torque arbitration, ECU calibration, modelling, simulation, HIL, dyno and track testing. Analyse telemetry and high-speed data, improve reliability and performance, develop engineering tools, and own control systems projects through specification, implementation, validation and delivery. Collaborate with control systems, driveline and trackside teams in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Leads end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for commercial partners across social, digital, OOH, and experiential channels. Translates partner objectives into strategies, manages creative and media agencies, oversees budgets and cross-functional delivery, establishes KPIs, evaluates performance, and optimizes live campaigns. Builds stakeholder relationships and identifies opportunities to integrate partners into Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team brand campaigns. Requires significant integrated marketing experience, strong commercial judgment, and international travel flexibility.

Supports FIA Financial Regulations compliance by gathering audit evidence, tracking requests, testing transactions and controls, maintaining audit trails, preparing reconciliations and submission data, and monitoring policy adherence. The role collaborates with finance, HR, external auditors, and the FIA while promoting governance, risk awareness, confidentiality, and timely delivery under pressure.

Develop and refine aerodynamic surface models for Formula 1 car design, CFD analysis, and wind tunnel testing. Translate aerodynamic concepts into accurate, robust, manufacturable geometry while maintaining CAD data and design integrity. Collaborate with aerodynamicists, designers, and engineers, manage deliverables, identify issues, and contribute to improved modelling methods and design processes.

Leads aerodynamic surfacing projects for Formula 1 vehicle development, translating aerodynamic concepts into precise geometry for CFD, wind tunnel testing, and race car application. Owns geometry quality, legality, and delivery timelines; develops advanced CAD and parametric workflows; supports FIA legality compliance; manages technical risks; improves tools and processes; and mentors designers while collaborating with aerodynamicists and senior stakeholders.

Develop aerodynamic surface models for CFD, wind tunnel testing, and Formula One race car applications. The role translates aerodynamic concepts into accurate geometry, delivers surfacing projects from concept through release, supports aerodynamic development programs, and improves parametric modeling methods and design workflows. Candidates collaborate with aerodynamicists and multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and delivery against program deadlines.

Develop mathematical, statistical, physics-based, and machine-learning models to improve Formula One vehicle performance. Build Python tools and data pipelines using simulation, wind tunnel, and track data; validate models; investigate uncertainty and errors; and communicate engineering insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
