Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional engineering programmes that translate strategy into actionable plans. Manage portfolios, prioritise projects, optimise resource allocation across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, and govern risk, change control and performance reporting. Engage senior stakeholders, chair programme reviews, drive continuous improvement and innovation in programme management tools, and foster high-performance, cross-functional engineering teams to meet quality, performance and commercial targets.

Process high-volume supplier invoices end-to-end, maintain purchase ledger and supplier records, reconcile statements, support payment runs and month-end activities, produce reports, and use Epicor ERP/ECM and Excel to improve Procure-to-Pay processes and strengthen financial controls.

Support ERP lifecycle and business transformation projects: gather and document requirements, map processes, assist with ERP configuration, testing and UAT, manage data integration and BoMs, produce reports and training materials, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve systems and processes.

Lead end-to-end payroll delivery and manage the organisation's total reward offering (pensions, benefits, salary structures, pay reviews and bonus processes). Partner with Finance and HR on budgeting, forecasting and benchmarking, ensure UK payroll and pensions compliance, manage vendor relationships, produce reward/payroll reporting, and drive continuous improvement across reward, payroll and HR systems.

Design and develop composite components from concept through testing and production. Create surface models, laminate specifications, tooling and jigs, support assembly and testing, troubleshoot development issues, collaborate across departments, and ensure designs meet industry standards and motorsport performance requirements.

Lead end-to-end aerodynamic surfacing projects for CFD, wind tunnel and race car programs. Ensure geometry quality, legality and timing; develop surfacing methodologies and tools; support FIA legality checks; mentor designers; and drive process improvements to optimise aerodynamic performance.

Design, develop and support analogue/digital electronic assemblies, PCBs and harnesses; develop embedded firmware and test/calibration tools (LabVIEW, VB, C, C#); create DAQ and sensor systems; improve equipment and procedures to enhance engineering capability and performance under tight timescales.

Lead development and optimisation of digital platforms, manage CMS and marketing automation, deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns, support content publishing and fan engagement, monitor analytics and ensure GDPR compliance.

Lead a multi-shift metallic machining team to deliver safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost targets. Develop manufacturing strategies, own KPIs, manage resources, optimise manufacturability with Design/CAM/Quality, champion Lean and continuous improvement, support capital equipment projects, and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.

Lead CAD process and tool development for F1 car design: manage CAD configuration and user support, drive process improvements, collaborate with PLM and design teams, run UAT, deliver training, and evaluate new tools to boost design workflow and compliance with FIA regulations.
