Develop and optimise composite ply kits and manufacturing definitions using CAD and laminate software, improve material utilisation via nesting, support first-off manufacture and digital manufacturing implementation, collaborate with design, quality, and production to resolve shop-floor challenges, maintain configuration control, and drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce cost.

Develop, configure, customise, integrate, test, and deploy Epicor Kinetic solutions. Build BAQs, BPMs, Epicor Functions, dashboards, workflows, UD structures, and integrations (REST API, Service Connect, CADLink). Produce documentation, support testing/UAT, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of ERP processes.

Lead architecture for Epicor Kinetic ERP, define roadmap, governance, integration and data strategies, oversee customisation standards, integrations with PLM/MES/finance, drive data governance and master data, run architecture workshops, evaluate technologies, and provide technical leadership across ERP transformation.

Lead technical design, development and optimisation of Epicor Kinetic ERP. Build customisations, BPMs, BAQs, integrations (REST API, Service Connect, CADLink), drive data migration, CI/CD, testing and performance, and coach developers while aligning ERP roadmap with business functions.

Lead FIA financial regulations and Cost Cap compliance, manage month-end regulatory processes and forecasts, support Cost Cap submissions, deliver internal education, ensure ERP data integrity and reconciliation, build scenario models with FP&A, and advise and challenge senior leaders to maximise permitted spend effectiveness.

Partner with operations to deliver management accounts, forecasting, cost analysis, inventory costing and controls, financial modelling for make vs buy and investments, support ERP/MRP implementation, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with FIA regulations.

The Cost Analyst will analyze and manage costs for engineering projects, develop budgets, provide financial insights, and collaborate with various departments to improve cost efficiency while supporting decision-making.
