Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional engineering programmes that translate strategy into actionable plans. Manage portfolios, prioritise projects, optimise resource allocation across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, and govern risk, change control and performance reporting. Engage senior stakeholders, chair programme reviews, drive continuous improvement and innovation in programme management tools, and foster high-performance, cross-functional engineering teams to meet quality, performance and commercial targets.

Process high-volume supplier invoices end-to-end, maintain purchase ledger and supplier records, reconcile statements, support payment runs and month-end activities, produce reports, and use Epicor ERP/ECM and Excel to improve Procure-to-Pay processes and strengthen financial controls.

Support ERP lifecycle and business transformation projects: gather and document requirements, map processes, assist with ERP configuration, testing and UAT, manage data integration and BoMs, produce reports and training materials, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve systems and processes.
