Manage and grow customer accounts through relationship-based B2B sales. Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, attending trade shows, resolving complaints, analyzing sales and market information, setting pricing and discounts, and coordinating customer requirements with management and operations.

Coordinates inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse transactions, freight scheduling, carrier pickups, delivery appointments, claims, inventory verification, and third-party warehouse activity. Processes invoices and customer billings, supports sales and customer service, manages freight costs, and serves as the branch safety coordinator and forklift trainer. Requires logistics or warehouse experience, forklift certification, transportation systems knowledge, and familiarity with LTL, truckload, and parcel operations.
