Design, implement, and optimize carrier-grade IP/MPLS, FTTH, and ISP core, aggregation, and access networks. Lead BGP, routing, switching, peering, redundancy, capacity planning, outage analysis, monitoring, automation, documentation, and Tier 3 support. Configure Adtran and Arista platforms, support GPON/XGS-PON subscriber networks, and guide IPv4/IPv6, EVPN/VXLAN, QoS, multicast, and high-availability architecture. Mentor engineers and participate in on-call operations.

Provides first-line customer support for internet service inquiries, billing, account management, and basic connectivity troubleshooting. Responds through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems; documents interactions, resolves issues, escalates complex technical problems, educates customers, and follows up to ensure satisfaction. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and familiarity with networking, modem/router hardware, and CRM tools.

Generates residential and business fiber internet customers through door-to-door and direct sales. Explains service offerings, pricing, and promotions; follows up with prospects; completes sign-ups and CRM records; meets sales targets; tracks daily activity; and represents Aspire Fiber professionally. Requires outdoor work, territory travel, evening and weekend availability, independent scheduling, and customer-facing communication.
