Lead global logistics network strategy, modeling, and optimization across plants, warehouses, DCs and 3PLs. Own logistics budgets, cost-to-serve analytics, SAP S/4HANA processes, 3PL governance, risk/compliance, and build a high-performing global logistics organization to drive structural cost and service improvements.

Lead S&OP and supply chain planning for assigned SBUs, resolve near-term supply issues, develop and execute production and resupply plans, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support cross-functional stakeholders with up to 20% travel.

Manage plant process engineering for film coatings: develop batch instructions and blending procedures, support R&D product introductions, optimize processes and color matching using statistical methods, lead quality and cost-savings projects, support PLC systems, investigate complaints, and support GMP audits.

Provide EHS advice and support: monitor legislation, maintain ISO 45001, propose and implement improvements, support audits, deliver trainings, prepare reports, advise in HAZOPs, and perform root cause and risk analyses with site teams.

Prepare and schedule preventive and corrective electrical maintenance for ~15,000 assets, procure materials, instruct technicians, maintain job plans in the CMMS, ensure compliance with BRZO and NEN 3140, monitor KPIs, and participate in on-call response.

Perform process safety testing and generate hazard data; design and run calorimetric/manometric experiments; maintain and calibrate lab equipment; prepare samples, keep detailed records, and produce test reports; support cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory and safety compliance including explosives permitting.

Provide FP&A and cost accounting support for multi-plant manufacturing: prepare financial reports, reforecasts, variance analysis, budgeting, burden rate calculations, and capital project evaluations. Partner with operations to identify cost savings, improve processes, and deliver executive-level decision support. Lead plant financial operations, ad hoc analyses, and special projects.

Coordinate and respond to customer regulatory inquiries for product compliance. Complete questionnaires with regional and global regulatory and quality teams, maintain records, communicate request status, and drive timely, high-quality resolutions. Support process improvements and provide regulatory guidance across industrial, consumer, and pharmaceutical-grade product environments.

Coordinate end-to-end export logistics: plan and execute shipments, manage ERP/TMS entries, prepare and validate export documentation, liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse teams, track milestones, process vendor invoices, and support reporting and logistics performance metrics.

Support global compensation programs including job evaluations, market pricing, incentive plan administration, Workday and PayFactors configuration/testing, data analytics, policy maintenance, and manager/employee support to ensure competitive, compliant pay.
