Manages chemical inventory and logistics activities, including SAP receipts, inventory movements, cycle counts, reconciliations, product releases, customer returns, export samples, damaged materials, hazardous waste manifests, and waste disposal. Coordinates with laboratories, customer service, production, and shipping teams to support demand fulfillment and on-time shipments. Requires SAP and spreadsheet experience, regulatory certifications, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

The Reliability Engineer manages plant electrical safety, medium- and low-voltage distribution systems, arc-flash and short-circuit models, protective relay settings, electrical inspections, shutdowns, troubleshooting, and outage response. The role also supports variable-frequency drives, power monitoring, electrical drawings, area classifications, management of change, radio systems, and capital projects. The position provides technical support and training while collaborating with plant, corporate, operations, maintenance, contractors, and vendors in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Supports chemical production by resolving daily operational issues, analyzing production data, identifying root causes of complaints and process deviations, and implementing corrective improvements. The role contributes to shutdowns, startups, improvement and engineering projects, operator training, safety and quality root-cause analyses, audits, and inspections. It coordinates across Operations, Maintenance, and Process Engineering while supporting production efficiency, quality, safety, and environmental performance.
