Teams at Ashland Global Holdings Inc.

Manages chemical plant operations, supervising team leaders and operators while ensuring safety, environmental compliance, product quality, and production performance. Leads troubleshooting, maintenance and Safe Out planning, MOC reviews, HAZOP participation, operating procedure updates, forecasting, and employee development. Provides technical mentoring to engineers and serves as acting plant manager when needed.

Investigates and resolves complex chemical plant process problems, identifies root causes, improves throughput, capacity, operating performance, and costs, analyzes production and quality data, supports capital projects, applies Lean manufacturing techniques, and contributes to ESG and sustainability initiatives.

Provides technical support in a 24/7 GMP chemical manufacturing facility, troubleshooting processes and supporting safety, quality, yield, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with R&D to scale chemistries from laboratory to plant production, supports capital projects and equipment commissioning, analyzes process data, and participates in process hazard analyses and management-of-change activities. Requires a Chemical Engineering degree and chemical manufacturing experience. Travel is estimated at 10%.
