Provides administrative and coordination support to the Sales Management team, including issuing proposals, managing customer communications, scheduling appointments and site visits, maintaining CRM records, preparing documentation, and coordinating designers, installers, surveyors, and sales staff. Tracks project progress from enquiry through installation, prepares customer packs, monitors delays, uploads system details to portals, and generates pipeline and performance reports. The role is office-based with full training provided.

Performs snagging, finishing, and minor repair work on domestic properties following energy-efficiency upgrades. Duties include carpentry, plastering, concrete breaking, fireplace blocking, insulation installation, plasterboard patching, safe use of tools, site issue reporting, customer service, and CRM job updates. The role requires construction trade experience, awareness of building regulations and SEAI requirements, strong communication, safety compliance, and flexibility to travel throughout Munster.

Schedules renewable energy installations with subcontractors and homeowners, coordinates timelines and resources, resolves issues, updates CRM records, reports KPIs, invoices completed work, and manages subcontractor purchase orders. Serves as a primary homeowner contact while collaborating with the scheduling team and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Coordinate the delivery of Ashgrove Renewables’ new headquarters from concept through installation, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include managing project programmes, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, overseeing mechanical and electrical installations, procuring materials, monitoring site progress, managing risks and budgets, producing CAD drawings, and supporting safe, timely, high-quality construction delivery.

Install solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging systems on residential, commercial, and agricultural projects. Ensure installations meet electrical, health and safety, and regulatory standards; complete project documentation; upload project data using CRM tools and electronic devices; and represent the company professionally. The role requires at least one year of qualified electrician experience, Safe Pass certification, basic renewable energy knowledge, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills.

Supports renewable energy system design, including underfloor heating, radiator layouts, heat-loss calculations for heat pumps, and electrical and mechanical schematics. Liaises with clients, architects, consultants, BER assessors, and engineers while ensuring compliance with building regulations, SEAI requirements, and health and safety standards. The role is office-based with occasional site travel, and training is provided.
