Provides administrative and coordination support to the Sales Management team, including issuing proposals, managing customer communications, scheduling appointments and site visits, maintaining CRM records, preparing documentation, and coordinating designers, installers, surveyors, and sales staff. Tracks project progress from enquiry through installation, prepares customer packs, monitors delays, uploads system details to portals, and generates pipeline and performance reports. The role is office-based with full training provided.

Performs snagging, finishing, and minor repair work on domestic properties following energy-efficiency upgrades. Duties include carpentry, plastering, concrete breaking, fireplace blocking, insulation installation, plasterboard patching, safe use of tools, site issue reporting, customer service, and CRM job updates. The role requires construction trade experience, awareness of building regulations and SEAI requirements, strong communication, safety compliance, and flexibility to travel throughout Munster.

Schedules renewable energy installations with subcontractors and homeowners, coordinates timelines and resources, resolves issues, updates CRM records, reports KPIs, invoices completed work, and manages subcontractor purchase orders. Serves as a primary homeowner contact while collaborating with the scheduling team and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
