Develops credit union business by promoting financial products, opening and maintaining member accounts, originating consumer loans, providing financial counseling, processing teller transactions, and delivering courteous member service. The role identifies member needs, cross-sells services, supports branch goals, handles cash and account issues, processes loan documentation, maintains regulatory compliance, and assists with branch security and operations.

Provides comprehensive member financial services at a credit union branch, including account opening and maintenance, consumer loan origination, teller transactions, financial counseling, product referrals, business development, and complaint resolution. The role supports branch deposit and loan goals, promotes automated banking services, maintains transaction accuracy and regulatory compliance, and performs cash handling, security, notary, and administrative duties.

Leads enterprise internal communications, executive messaging, People and HR communications, digital communication channels, content development, and employee experience programs. Advises leaders, translates complex priorities into engaging communications, manages employee volunteer initiatives and events, supports recognition and culture-building efforts, and uses technology, analytics, and feedback to improve employee connection and communication effectiveness.

Develops new business and strengthens member relationships by promoting credit union services, opening and maintaining accounts, originating consumer loans, providing financial counseling, and processing teller transactions. The role also handles member inquiries, referrals, regulatory compliance, cash balancing, account servicing, and branch security procedures while contributing to deposit, loan, and product sales goals.

Leads enterprise talent management and engagement strategy, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, employee engagement, career development, leadership coaching, CliftonStrengths integration, and workforce analytics. Partners with executives and business leaders to strengthen organizational capability, leadership pipelines, employee experience, internal mobility, and workforce readiness. Designs scalable talent programs, facilitates enterprise discussions, advises leaders, and uses workforce insights to improve organizational effectiveness.

Leads accurate, compliant, and timely multi-state payroll processing, including regular and off-cycle runs, tax compliance, deductions, garnishments, reporting, and employee support. Owns payroll system configuration, integrations, upgrades, testing, and process improvements. Partners with Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and People teams on reconciliations, audits, pay changes, total rewards reporting, and data integrity while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
