Develops and maintains Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations using governed data sources. Translates business requirements into reporting solutions, validates data accuracy, troubleshoots issues, and applies dashboard design standards. Collaborates with analysts and stakeholders, supports BI governance and data stewardship, trains users, and promotes self-service analytics. Requires SQL knowledge, data validation skills, strong communication, and experience with business intelligence reporting platforms.

Originates and processes consumer, home equity, small business, and credit card loans through phone and online channels. Reviews applications, credit reports, income verification, collateral values, and fraud indicators; communicates lending decisions, rates, terms, and requirements; opens new accounts; completes funding and post-disbursement servicing; meets production goals; cross-sells related products; and follows BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC requirements.

Leads People Operations strategy and delivery across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, benefits, leave, payroll, HR technology, workforce analytics, vendor management, compliance, and operational improvement. Oversees HR systems and digital transformation, develops workforce dashboards and executive reporting, strengthens governance and continuity, manages vendors, and leads a high-performing People Operations team.
