The role supports compensation, relocation, livelihood restoration, stakeholder engagement, grievance resolution, vulnerability safeguarding, gender-disaggregated data collection, and compliance with IFC Performance Standard 5 and Ghanaian mining regulations. It also leads Gender Action Plan activities, advocates for women and vulnerable groups, mentors affected businesses, and reports social performance indicators.
