Own AIUC's customer co-marketing and content engine: convert certified customers into case studies, social campaigns, webinars, and joint announcements. Draft founder and company thought leadership, manage the marketing calendar, run channel experiments, coordinate customers and agencies, and work directly with founders to build enterprise trust and pipeline.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partner with founders on hiring strategy, design world-class candidate experience, build talent intelligence and employer brand, and run proactive engagement programs (events, fellowships) to source top AI talent.

Open wildcard application to help underwrite, red-team, certify, and insure AI agents. Work across research, engineering, and policy to build agent security standards (AIUC-1). Cross-functional collaboration; equity, benefits, visa sponsorship and relocation to San Francisco offered.

Own and insource core operations, centralize spend and financial controls, support recruiting and people ops, run strategic finance and board reporting, and design durable systems to remove friction and drive efficiency across the company.

Lead enterprise discovery and partnerships to drive adoption of AIUC-1 certification.
