Partner with founders to define role requirements and hiring strategy, source and manage candidate pipelines, design assessment processes and hiring playbooks, advise hiring teams with market insights and benchmarks, and own candidate experience through offer and close.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partner with founders on hiring strategy, design world-class candidate experience, build talent intelligence and employer brand, and run proactive engagement programs (events, fellowships) to source top AI talent.
