About AIUC

Our mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We red-team, certify, and insure agents - working with AI category leaders like ElevenLabs, Lovable, Harvey, UiPath, and Fin.

Soon, agents will take on critical work in hospitals, banks and governments. This could create abundance - or go terribly wrong. History teaches us that standards and insurance are capitalism’s best tools for making risk legible and shaping incentives.

We’ve built the gold standard for agent security & reliability, AIUC-1, with 100+ CISOs from the Fortune 1000. Our team comes from Anthropic, McKinsey, METR, Palantir, Amazon - 50% are previous founders. We've raised $55m from Ribbit, First Harmonic, and Nat Friedman. Read more here, here, and here.

The Role

Our customers are the world’s leading AI companies, including ElevenLabs, Harvey, Cursor, and many others not yet announced. As demand for AIUC-1 continues to grow, so does the need for a Delivery function that can scale alongside it.

As a member of the Delivery team, you will be the primary partner to customers from contract signature through certification – guiding them from kickoff to a completed AIUC-1 certification report that enables enterprises to confidently deploy their AI agents.

You'll lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements spanning evidence collection, technical evaluation, audit coordination, and certificate issuance. Along the way, you'll work closely with customer security and legal teams, external auditors, and AIUC's GTM and product teams to ensure successful outcomes under ambitious timelines.

Beyond delivery, you'll help define how AIUC scales. Every customer engagement surfaces new patterns, challenges, and opportunities to improve our certification process and product. As one of the earliest members of the team, you'll play a key role in building the systems, playbooks, and standards that power AIUC's next stage of growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end AIUC-1 certification process, from scoping and kickoff through certificate issuance

  • Lead complex customer engagements across security, legal, engineering, executive stakeholders, and external auditors

  • Orchestrate projects under ambitious timelines while maintaining exceptional quality and customer experience

  • Drive productization of the AIUC-1 certification experience by turning repeatable customer patterns into scalable workflows, tooling, and product improvements

  • Partner closely with Product and GTM teams to translate customer insights into improvements to AIUC-1 and future product development

What we're looking for
  • 4-7 years of experience leading complex, client-facing engagements in consulting, audit, enterprise delivery, or similar environments

  • Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior customer stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and sound judgment, particularly when evaluating evidence and making nuanced decisions

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where no established playbook exists

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise customers simultaneously

  • A collaborative operator who enjoys working across customers, product, GTM, and external partners

Nice to have
  • Experience at a top consulting firm, audit firm, or forward deployed/customer deployment organization

  • Experience working with AI, security, compliance, or enterprise software

  • A product mindset with an interest in improving systems and building scalable processes

Compensation & Perks
  • Competitive annual salary

  • Equity (significant part of total compensation)

  • Health, dental and vision insurance for you and your dependents

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation stipend to bring you to SF, if needed

  • Daily meals
