Conduct frontier AI research on model capabilities, safety, evaluations, security, and governance. Independently design and maintain research code and experiment pipelines, implement and adapt ML papers, develop experiments from ambiguous questions, publish findings, and help shape AIUC’s public research agenda and strategic direction.

Own customer integrations for AI agent evaluations from scoping through delivery. Read API documentation, manage credentials, build custom integrations, run evaluations, assess AIUC-1 compliance, communicate technical results, and surface failure modes. Collaborate with customers, sales, delivery, standards, and core engineering teams while turning recurring field solutions into reusable product capabilities.

Own end-to-end AIUC-1 certification engagements from kickoff through certificate issuance. Lead cross-functional customer projects involving security, legal, engineering, executives, and external auditors. Manage evidence collection, technical evaluations, audit coordination, timelines, and customer experience. Translate recurring engagement patterns into scalable workflows, tooling, playbooks, and product improvements while partnering with Product and GTM teams.
