Own end-to-end AIUC-1 certification engagements from kickoff through certificate issuance. Lead cross-functional customer projects involving security, legal, engineering, executives, and external auditors. Manage evidence collection, technical evaluations, audit coordination, timelines, and customer experience. Translate recurring engagement patterns into scalable workflows, tooling, playbooks, and product improvements while partnering with Product and GTM teams.

Work directly with founders on high-priority, cross-functional projects: talent brand strategy, consortium member onboarding, partner relationships, and co-marketing. Act as a high-agency generalist, driving initiatives end-to-end, iterating quickly, and rotating into specialized roles over time.

Lead enterprise discovery and partnerships to drive adoption of AIUC-1 certification. Work with founders to design GTM experiments, engage CISOs/GCs/Chief AI Officers, and own strategic accounts from first conversation to signed partnership. Explore vertical-specific solutions (e.g., Financial Services) and tailor messaging, product, and pilot programs to enterprise security and regulatory needs.
