Leads clinical operations across seven medical practice locations, overseeing office managers and clinical support teams. Standardizes workflows, staffing, scheduling, training, quality improvement, patient safety, compliance, and performance management. Partners with physicians, executive leadership, HR, and administrators on operational strategy, budgeting, technology adoption, and regulatory adherence. Regularly travels among practice sites.

Perform diagnostic musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound exams, prepare equipment and rooms, assess patient history, capture and document images, communicate findings to physicians, maintain patient privacy and safety, collaborate with clinical team, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Manage employee benefits, leaves of absence, HCM/HRIS data integrity, and biweekly payroll. Serve as primary employee resource, coordinate vendors, ensure compliance, maintain confidential records, support HR projects, reporting, and system improvements.

Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients with acute and chronic rheumatologic conditions under physician supervision. Perform histories, physical exams, diagnostics, medication management, office procedures as permitted, referrals, infusion consults, documentation in EMR, and timely patient/physician communication. Participate in on-call duties as needed and adhere to clinical protocols and compliance requirements.
