Perform diagnostic X-rays and DEXA exams, operate radiographic equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, document clinical histories and billing charges, transfer images to PACS, maintain imaging rooms and supplies, and follow regulatory safety protocols. The role requires collaboration with healthcare staff, administrative proficiency, and travel between Maryland office locations as needed.

Coordinates patient infusion benefits, insurance eligibility, prior authorizations, financial responsibility estimates, copay assistance, scheduling, and documentation. Communicates with patients, physicians, insurers, and business associates; updates electronic health records and authorization systems; supports billing appeals, coding, reimbursement, and problem-account resolution. Requires knowledge of infusion billing, medical coding, insurance practices, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality.

Perform diagnostic musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound exams, prepare equipment and rooms, assess patient history, capture and document images, communicate findings to physicians, maintain patient privacy and safety, collaborate with clinical team, and participate in quality improvement activities.
