Manage strategic relationships with operational and C-suite stakeholders, lead complex programs, execute advanced configuration and workflow design, resolve escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive measurable customer outcomes. The role requires substantial healthcare system, B2B SaaS, enterprise account ownership, EHR, and executive relationship experience, with at least 25% quarterly travel.

Owns 50–60 healthcare SaaS accounts end to end, including implementation, adoption, renewals, expansion, executive business reviews, and proactive churn prevention. The role manages project timelines, coordinates internal teams, presents ROI and workflow outcomes to C-suite stakeholders, partners with sales, uses AI tools daily, and travels approximately 25% to customer meetings and go-lives.
