Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, MailChimp, WhatsApp, and Meta Business Suite; monitor trends and analytics; optimise campaigns; strengthen brand presence; drive engagement; and grow the digital community. The role also involves collaborating with diverse teams, managing creative brand content, meeting deadlines, and supporting brand strategy.

Supports the Conservation & Archive Department by preserving, documenting, handling, storing, and managing artworks, especially Achuthan’s works. Maintains condition reports, catalogues, archival records, inventory systems, and environmental monitoring practices. Contributes to preventive conservation, collection care, and content creation about conservation activities. Works independently and collaboratively across departments while communicating with clients, colleagues, and management.

Coordinates research, recruitment, and communications projects while managing digital content for Art X Company and Festivals From India. Maintains and improves website and social media channels, executes digital campaigns, and ensures content is user-friendly, current, accurate, and aligned with style guidelines. The role also supports SEO, email marketing, web analytics, basic website troubleshooting, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and management of multiple priorities.

Supports day-to-day graphic design production for exhibitions, workshops, open calls, and community initiatives. Creates marketing collateral, social media creatives, print materials, and digital assets within established templates and visual identity systems. Collaborates with the Social Media Manager, manages design files across Figma and Google Drive, responds to feedback, and handles multiple deadlines. The role may also support motion graphics or video editing.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and customers across in-person, phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels. Manages front-office operations, customer service, vendors, deliveries, procurement, petty cash, bookkeeping records, and routine administration. Supports events and workshops while maintaining a welcoming, organized, reliable, and professional environment. The role requires strong Tamil and English communication, attention to detail, composure under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
