Supports the Founder across Festivals From India and Art X Company by coordinating priorities, driving follow-through, managing initiatives, supporting business development, and preparing presentations and communications. The role requires strong organisation, discretion, accountability, independent execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial arts and culture environment.

Creates engaging museum experiences for diverse audiences by leading exhibition walkthroughs, presentations, and guided tours. Engages patrons, collectors, students, institutional groups, corporate clients, and cultural partners. Supports exhibitions, public programmes, events, and digital communications while collaborating with curators, artists, galleries, and external partners. The role requires strong contemporary art knowledge, public speaking, stakeholder management, organisation, and basic digital literacy.

Support backend client-service operations for an art and collectibles technology company. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and colleagues; manage documentation, inventory, invoicing, shipping and logistics tracking; meet deadlines; and maintain accuracy when handling valuable objects. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, communication, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and comfort working onsite in a fast-paced startup. It may develop into a more client-facing position.
