Administer Armada’s global sales compensation program, including monthly commission close, payout calculations, payee and plan setup, quota management, plan testing, cost modeling, and reconciliation across CaptivateIQ, Salesforce, and Excel. Produce quota letters and agreements, manage DocuSign workflows, support representatives, document processes, coordinate with Finance, Legal, and implementation partners, and assist with international compensation requirements.

Lead the architecture, hydraulic design, documentation, integration, manufacturing readiness, controls coordination, and commissioning of liquid-cooling and mechanical distribution systems for modular AI data centers. Own P&IDs, calculations, equipment and valve schedules, interfaces, standards, and performance validation. Collaborate with thermal, electrical, controls, manufacturing, commissioning, supply chain, OEM, and field teams to create scalable, serviceable, repeatable systems for deployment across multiple sites.

Drafts and negotiates customer, procurement, vendor, reseller, partner, public-sector, hardware, and software agreements. Independently manages commercial deals, advises cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory risks, maintains contract templates and playbooks, supports international transactions and data issues, coordinates outside counsel, and maintains contract records and reporting in a CLM system.

Own the global sales organization’s operating cadence across forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, quota allocation, capacity planning, reporting, roster administration, and sales compensation. Partner with sales leadership, Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, People, and Engineering to support GTM strategy, business-unit evolution, and scalable operating processes.
