Administer Salesforce, CPQ, and contracting tools; partner with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to maintain workflows, templates, and pricing processes. Train go-to-market teams, document procedures, identify process friction, and automate quote-to-close operations to improve deal velocity and compliance.

Manage the quote-to-close process across EMEA and APAC, including quote creation, approvals, contract routing, order booking, compliance reviews, and revenue documentation. Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to maintain workflows, templates, pricing strategies, and deal tools. Train go-to-market teams, document procedures, identify process friction, and automate scalable quoting and contracting operations.

Manage the quote-to-close process across EMEA and APAC, supporting quote creation, approvals, contract routing, order booking, compliance, and revenue recognition documentation. Administer deal desk tools, partner with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance, maintain templates and workflows, train users, document procedures, and identify automation and process improvements that increase deal velocity and compliance.

Lead strategic finance initiatives across financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and business analysis. Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to guide resource allocation, investments, pricing, revenue strategy, and long-range planning. Develop performance insights, KPIs, scenarios, and executive presentations while strengthening financial processes and governance. Mentor finance professionals and support strategic projects in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.

Manage end-to-end import and customs operations in Saudi Arabia, oversee seaport and land-border freight clearance, apply Incoterms 2020, maintain shipment visibility, ensure trade compliance, and travel regionally to audit vendors and resolve bottlenecks.

Lead global sourcing and vendor management for HPC and sovereign AI infrastructure. Drive contract negotiations, mitigate semiconductor supply risks, align procurement roadmaps with engineering, and ensure delivery of integrated components (GPUs, NVIDIA Grace, NVLink, InfiniBand, ConnectX-8) while meeting compliance and sovereignty requirements.

Lead technical pre-sales for regional national oil company accounts: discovery, solution design, demos, proofs of concept, technical proposals, and serve as the customer's technical point of contact through implementation. Translate oil & gas operational use cases into integrated edge and sovereign AI architectures, coordinate partners and delivery teams, support RFPs and bids, and feed product insights back to roadmap owners.

Collaborates cross-functionally, enables field teams, and influences solution strategy while staying current on industry trends.

Senior enterprise seller responsible for driving revenue across Australian and APAC defense and national security customers. Build trusted relationships with military and government stakeholders, manage complex long-cycle procurements and multi-stakeholder deals, lead RFIs/RFQs/tenders, develop account strategies, forecast pipeline, negotiate high-value contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent Armada at defense industry events to position edge AI and sovereign infrastructure as mission-critical solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot critical physical infrastructure (power, cooling, network, environmental) across distributed and edge data centers. Serve as Tier 2 escalation, own incidents end-to-end, coordinate maintenance and remote-hands, refine monitoring/alerting, develop runbooks, support compliance evidence collection, and participate in shift/on-call rotations to maintain uptime and resiliency.

The Senior Deployment Engineer leads the deployment and operational readiness of modular data centers, coordinating technical resolution across various systems and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Lead end-to-end deployments and platform bring-up of Armada edge AI infrastructure, then remain as the primary technical owner to drive adoption, operational maturity, and expansion across customers in Saudi Arabia and the ME region. Responsibilities span hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, GPU layers, security/compliance, mentoring, and cross-functional escalation.
