Manages end-to-end operations for global conferences, experiential programs, executive engagements, and internal events. Owns planning documents, staffing, vendors, budgets, procurement, logistics, risk management, registration systems, data workflows, and on-site execution. Partners cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, legal, procurement, and executive teams to deliver consistent, measurable events across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Requires frequent international travel and availability during event cycles.

Own the global People and Talent function, including recruiting, workforce planning, compensation, equity, benefits, people operations, compliance, HR technology, global mobility, entities, employee experience, workspaces, learning, development, performance management, and culture. Build scalable programs and teams for a rapidly growing international company, advise executives on talent strategy, and support expansion across jurisdictions.

Own the global People function across talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, people operations, compliance, mobility, entities, workspaces, onboarding, learning, and culture. Build scalable programs, policies, systems, and teams for a rapidly growing international company. Partner with executives and Finance on workforce planning, organizational design, compensation, and business strategy while managing employment compliance, payroll, HR technology, and employee experience across jurisdictions.
