Responsibilities include financing, corporate governance, commercial and project transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk, contract systems, outside counsel, legal budgeting, and building an in-house legal team. The role supports deployment and manufacturing scale-up of advanced energy technology while establishing scalable legal processes and risk controls.

The Cycle Performance Engineer will own the thermodynamic model, perform performance analysis, reconcile data, and collaborate across engineering disciplines to improve a power loop system.

The Sr. Heat Exchanger Engineer will lead the design and development of heat exchangers for Arbor's supercritical CO₂ power system, managing both in-house and third-party projects, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective performance testing and documentation.

The Lead Combustion Engineer will oversee the development of oxy-fuel combustion systems, guiding the team from design to testing while optimizing performance and efficiency.
