Leads federal and state policy, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, permitting, and government funding strategies for commercializing carbon-capture power infrastructure. Advises executives, monitors legislation and regulations, builds relationships with policymakers and agencies, develops coalitions, supports external communications, and pursues non-dilutive funding. The role requires deep energy-sector expertise, strong regulatory and permitting knowledge, and extensive experience influencing policy and stakeholder outcomes.

Own Arbor Energy’s brand marketing strategy and execution across company storytelling, industry presence, audience engagement, events, content, and marketing operations. Translate technical and commercial milestones into compelling external narratives, coordinate leaders and subject matter experts, manage agencies and vendors, oversee marketing calendars and campaigns, and build scalable workflows. The role partners cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and executive teams in a fast-moving energy technology startup.

Coordinate technology initiatives, track risks and dependencies, manage project artifacts and vendor relationships, run project cadences, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Over time, gather requirements, prioritize roadmap items, own product areas through delivery, support IT service management, contribute to long-term planning, and mentor or manage team members.
