Design, model, and test high-pressure syngas oxy-fuel combustors from lab characterization to gasifier-integrated hot-fire tests. Own hardware lifecycle, develop reduced kinetics and flame limits, run test campaigns, analyze results, iterate designs, and leverage additive manufacturing and simulation to accelerate development.

Contract Technical Sourcer responsible for top-of-funnel recruiting for deep-tech hardware and engineering roles. Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, conduct initial screens, track pipeline metrics, provide market insights, and collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to build talent pipelines.

The Mechanical Designer will model turbomachinery components, create BOMs, update drawings, work with manufacturing for design integration, and support quality activities.
