Leads Arbor Energy’s legal function as a strategic advisor to executives and the Board. Responsibilities include financing, corporate governance, commercial and project transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk, contract systems, outside counsel, legal budgeting, and building an in-house legal team. The role supports deployment and manufacturing scale-up of advanced energy technology while establishing scalable legal processes and risk controls.

Design, model, and test high-pressure syngas oxy-fuel combustors from lab characterization to gasifier-integrated hot-fire tests. Own hardware lifecycle, develop reduced kinetics and flame limits, run test campaigns, analyze results, iterate designs, and leverage additive manufacturing and simulation to accelerate development.

The Cycle Performance Engineer will own the thermodynamic model, perform performance analysis, reconcile data, and collaborate across engineering disciplines to improve a power loop system.
