Provide regional end-user and infrastructure support across multiple offices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, server, telephony, and cloud connectivity issues; manage onboarding, maintenance, deployments, assets, procurement, vendors, and compliance. Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Azure, business applications, and Level 1 investigations. Maintain accurate IT asset records, assist with budgeting, and uphold security standards.

Handle international medical assistance and customer claims by assessing eligibility and coverage, coordinating hospital pre-approvals, selecting providers, processing invoices, issuing guarantees, monitoring cases, and communicating with clients, medical teams, providers, and internal departments. The role also involves resolving complex cases, maintaining records, supporting special projects, and working rotating day and night shifts, including weekends.

Prepare and manage corporate group health insurance quotations and renewals, analyzing employee census data, benefits, claims experience, demographics, and utilization. Develop pricing recommendations, assess plan and benefit changes, prepare reports, and support negotiations with sales teams, insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and clients. The role requires strong numerical analysis, Excel proficiency, stakeholder communication, organization, and the ability to translate data into financially sustainable pricing solutions.

This role oversees insurance operations in China, focusing on underwriting, policy management, claims handling, and customer service to ensure quality and compliance.

Perform technical pricing and profitability analysis for individual and SME insurance products; build and automate Excel-based pricing models and quote engines; partner with data teams for dashboards and reporting; negotiate structured pricing with insurers; support product revamps, scenario modelling, and portfolio projects while documenting assumptions and processes.

Handle international health insurance claims by assessing eligibility and coverage, communicating with stakeholders, making timely decisions on settlements, calculating redress, following policy for strategic claim resolution, and meeting targets while maintaining quality and proactive case management.

Lead end-to-end insurance operations in China including underwriting, policy administration, claims handling, and customer service. Ensure regulatory compliance, operational controls, and quality. Act as liaison with insurers, brokers and regional teams, handle escalations, drive process improvements, and support system and reporting enhancements as the business scales.
