Proven Design/Engineering excellence & expertise on LAN, Aruba ClearPass Network Access Control, IOT/OT Security (Armis), WAN, Wireless, Firewalls and Advanced Networking Technologies with at least 10 years of relevant experience in networking and security technologies.

Core Competencies

Design and deploy network solutions using Aruba ClearPass Network Access Control and Armis IOT/OT Security. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ARMIS/NAC, including backend operations such as policy creation, enforcement, and troubleshooting.

Configure and manage ARMIS for network security, monitoring and integration with network products.

Configure and manage Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager for authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) services in switches and wireless controller. This includes RADIUS, TACACS and Guest Authentication.

Handle complex ClearPass integrations with other network systems and third-party applications.

Expertise and Experience in working on Aruba ClearPass Network Access Control and implementing segmentation across campus networks.

Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting utilize network monitoring tools to ensure network performance and security. Create detailed documentation for network designs, configurations, and procedures.

Requires specialized depth of expertise in networking. Superior knowledge, skills and experience with Cisco and Aruba switching/routing hardware, software protocols, Aruba Products and advanced network solutions etc.

Excellent Knowledge & experience in networking technologies such as Ethernet, Dot1x, Guest Captive Portal, VLANs, HSRP/VRRP Multicast, ACLs, VPNs, OSPF and BGP

Experience with working on Products such as Aruba (64xx, 29xx, 63xx) and Cisco Campus Switching with centralized orchestration.

Experience in using network management tools for performance, tuning, troubleshooting and capacity planning.

Working Knowledge on Security technologies and concepts.

CCNP/CCNA (Routing/Switching) Certification

Aruba, Armis and Security Certification is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage all the Campus Networks and Network Access Control technologies.

Design, implement, and manage all the IOT/OT Network Security technologies including policies, integrations and segmentation.

Evaluate alternative technologies and architectures in relation to AMAT Enterprise network infrastructure needs.

Interface with management and vendors to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet business requirements.

Design, Support and Troubleshooting of existing and growing Network environments.

Create Low Level Design, High Level Design, Implementation Plan, and Acceptance Test Plan documents in accordance with standards.

Design and manage the rollout of critical network infrastructures.

Communications' products and services, on both a strategic (long term) and tactical (immediate term) level.

Perform analytical, technical, cost analysis and CAPEX development work in the planning, design, installation and on-going administration and management of AMAT core data networks.

Ensure that network infrastructure is fully documented and performing as required for internal and customer SLA guarantees and expectations by means of specific metrics and measurements.

Provide technical expertise to Business groups to develop innovative solutions and strategies to enhance the overall experience.

Ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communications, ability to work in a group or independently, detail oriented, ability to effectively listen to and resolve customer issues, ability to translate operational requirements into technical requirements, plan and manage engineering design tasks through participation of with extended teams.

Escalation contacts for network related outages/critical issues across the globe.

To act as engineering escalation, contact and work closely with operations team on transition services from Engineering to sustaining operations

U.S. Salary Range:

$122,000.00 - $168,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
