Promotes ARH services and technology, gathers feedback, identifies service needs, coordinates educational and networking events, supports outreach and marketing materials, surveys referring sources, and presents progress to leadership. Requires extensive regional travel, strong communication skills, and healthcare or sales experience.

Manages digital marketing campaigns and the organization’s online brand presence across web, social, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising channels. Analyzes campaign performance, compiles reports, optimizes digital advertising, supports content and creative development, and manages marketing budgets, invoices, and account coding. Coordinates with internal teams, vendors, accounting, and external partners while maintaining online provider and clinic data integrity.

Develops and executes regional marketing, communications, advertising, community outreach, and healthcare service promotion strategies. Manages market research, budgets, campaigns, media coordination, social media and website content, community relations, and performance monitoring across hospitals, clinics, and service lines. Requires occasional travel, evenings, and weekends.

Supports HR operations with a focus on compensation offers, employee onboarding, and orientation. Responsibilities include preparing offers, salary benchmarking, coordinating pre-employment requirements, facilitating orientation and compliance training, maintaining personnel records, supporting HR systems, responding to employee inquiries, tracking onboarding completion, and generating HR metrics. The role also helps improve employee experience and ensures compliance with policies and employment regulations.

Supports project managers by coordinating planning, scheduling, documentation, resources, meetings, communications, project tracking, and performance reporting. Maintains project records and management tools, monitors scope, timelines, budgets, and progress, and recommends adjustments. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners, helps define project requirements, supports standardized processes, and contributes to organizational goals.

Prepares and evaluates monthly financial statements, reconciles balance sheet accounts, supports audits, assembles financial reporting packages, and may prepare tax returns, review invoices, assist with budgeting, and maintain general ledger policies and procedures. The role also provides backup support to accounting teammates and may perform cash-function duties.

Recruits physicians, physician extenders, and CRNAs by sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates; maintaining specialty talent lists; conducting credential and background checks; coordinating site visits; attending recruitment conferences; and organizing university outreach events. Builds relationships with medical students, residents, academic leaders, recruiting agencies, and healthcare communities. Requires extensive travel, evening availability, and occasional weekend work.

Develops and maintains healthcare cost accounting and decision support systems, including HBOC Trendstar products. Supports budgeting, long-range financial planning, cost standards, profitability and productivity assessments, and financial projections. Provides analytical guidance to operating units, prepares routine and special reports, monitors service costs by procedure and patient group, and assists fiscal leadership with evaluating new services and improving information-system performance.
