Supervises nursing staff and coordinates patient-centered care within a clinical unit. The Clinical Nurse Manager assigns staff based on patient needs and competencies, supports admissions and discharges, evaluates care quality, manages scheduling, labor productivity, supplies, and equipment, and collaborates with medical staff. The role also provides coaching, participates in hiring and training, resolves conflicts, supports engagement initiatives, ensures policy compliance, and escalates regulatory or operational concerns.

Provides pharmaceutical care across inpatient and outpatient settings, including medication order review, compounding, dispensing, IV admixture and chemotherapy preparation, patient counseling, clinical interventions, drug information, inventory management, controlled-substance documentation, and pharmacy technician supervision. Collaborates with physicians and healthcare professionals, responds to emergencies, maintains pharmacy systems and equipment, and follows regulatory, safety, and age-specific patient-care standards.
