Provides inpatient and outpatient pharmaceutical care, including medication order entry, clinical review, dispensing, compounding, IV admixture preparation, chemotherapy preparation, patient counseling, drug therapy consultations, inventory control, controlled-substance documentation, technician supervision, and emergency response. Maintains pharmacy equipment, records, protocols, and quality standards while collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Supervises nursing staff and coordinates patient-centered care during assigned shifts. The Clinical Nurse Manager manages staffing, assignments, scheduling, admissions, discharges, quality initiatives, supplies, staff development, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and compliance. This role collaborates with physicians and management to improve patient outcomes, service excellence, and operational performance while providing clinical leadership and coaching.

Leads healthcare application operations, support, upgrades, interoperability, and clinical data integration. Manages IT application staff and contractors, provides 24x7 escalation support, coordinates project resources and budgets, oversees vendor relationships, and develops business continuity plans. Partners with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to align healthcare technology with organizational strategy, improve data-driven care delivery, maintain system availability, and ensure compliance, security, and confidentiality.
