Provides project management support for complex, cross-functional initiatives, including project initiation, planning, execution, timeline and budget tracking, risk mitigation, change control, quality planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting. Partners with executives and teams on strategy, process improvement, and organizational change. Facilitates meetings, manages competing priorities, analyzes project data, and develops tracking tools and visual reports. The role supports Design and Construction projects and requires strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Builds and maintains referral relationships between ARH and physicians, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources. Promotes ARH services and technology, gathers feedback, identifies service needs, coordinates educational and networking events, supports outreach and marketing materials, surveys referring sources, and presents progress to leadership. Requires extensive regional travel, strong communication skills, and healthcare or sales experience.

Manages digital marketing campaigns and the organization’s online brand presence across web, social, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising channels. Analyzes campaign performance, compiles reports, optimizes digital advertising, supports content and creative development, and manages marketing budgets, invoices, and account coding. Coordinates with internal teams, vendors, accounting, and external partners while maintaining online provider and clinic data integrity.
