Apollo.io Employee Perspectives

Apollo.io has expanded its global parental leave policy, increasing paid leave for birthing parents from 12 weeks to 18–20 weeks and for non-birthing parents from 6 weeks to 12 weeks.

The enhancement follows employee-led advocacy and reflects the company's commitment to supporting working families at a time when many organizations are reducing benefits.

Apollo leaders and employees collaborated to develop and implement the updated policy, which now provides 100% paid leave for eligible parents worldwide.

Apollo.io complements its compensation package with benefits designed to support employees wherever they work. Employees highlight the company's investment in remote-first flexibility, comprehensive benefits and a culture that empowers everyone to contribute ideas and grow alongside the business.

“Feeling incredibly grateful and enthusiastic about working at Apollo.io! While the freedom of remote work is fantastic, the real magic is it's a truly vibrant global family! Apollo genuinely invests in us with great benefits backing up a powerful vision and lived values. What's truly special is the culture where everyone feels genuinely heard and empowered to contribute ideas, regardless of their role – something I've never experienced quite like this before. Apollo's journey with the thrilling focus on AI and becoming the leading GTM platform, is just incredible. I'm so thankful for this dynamic team, the wonderful people, and the amazing product we're building together!”
