Manage robotics and automation projects from purchase order receipt through manufacturing, factory and site acceptance testing, installation, commissioning, customer training, and handover. Coordinate engineering, software, procurement, production, logistics, deployment teams, customers, and vendors. Track schedules, milestones, risks, issues, documentation, and scope changes while reporting progress and ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and project closure.

Support pre-sales and solution development for robotics and AMR projects through customer meetings, site surveys, AutoCAD facility layouts, BOM and technical proposal preparation, coordination with engineering and software teams, and supporting installation, commissioning, and technical documentation.

Develop, test, and deploy ROS/ROS2-based software for mobile robots; integrate LiDAR, camera, and IMU sensor data; collaborate with hardware engineers; troubleshoot and optimize real-world robotic behaviors; and document software architecture and workflows.

Manage domestic and international shipments, export documentation, and customs clearance; coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams; ensure DG compliance for lithium batteries (IATA/ICAO); plan dispatch schedules, track deliveries, maintain shipping records, and support logistics cost optimization and process improvements.

Develop and optimize ROS1/ROS2-based software for AMRs and AGVs including robot control, motion planning, perception, hardware-software integration, RESTful C++ APIs, MongoDB data management, containerized deployment, debugging, security hardening, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable autonomous robotic systems.

Assemble, wire, install, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems for AMR and AGV robots. Build and install wire harnesses, read schematics, size components, perform load calculations, validate systems, support on-site servicing and maintenance, and maintain wiring documentation while following electrical safety standards.

Lead finance and accounting for a robotics manufacturing firm: manage procurement and landed costs, inventory and costing frameworks, month-end close, reporting, cashflow and working capital, support fundraising, and ensure statutory compliance, audits and internal controls.

Develop, deploy, and maintain robotics software systems. Responsibilities include system integration, debugging, and collaborating with teams for enhancing robotic software stacks.

Lead mechanical design from concept to production for AMR/AGV systems: create 3D models and drawings, perform tolerance analysis, DFMEA, prototyping, testing, validation, manufacturability optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support product launches and continuous improvement.
