AI is moving fast. Most people are watching it happen. We’re building what comes next.
At LTX, we’re creating cutting-edge open-world models that help AI understand, simulate, and generate the world around us. We’re laying the groundwork for AI systems that can model how reality looks, moves, and behaves.
These world models will power the next generation of creative tools, physical AI, product simulation, and entirely new ways to build and interact with technology.
We’re not just training models. We’re helping define a new category.
Why Join UsSome opportunities let you work on AI. This one lets you shape its future.
We’re a team of builders, researchers, and creatives who thrive on solving hard problems and pushing beyond what’s considered possible. Curiosity is encouraged. Experimentation is expected. Today we know that great ideas can come from anywhere.
Every breakthrough we make reaches millions of creators and developers worldwide. This can only happen in an environment where you are encouraged to think, push boundaries, create, and explore. Real impact happens when we, as a team, are empowered to experiment, evolve, and elevate together.

- Fluent Hebrew and English. Based in Jerusalem (4 days onsite).
Nice to have: experience in R&D-heavy or product-led organizations, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 readiness, and major platform migrations or post-acquisition integration.

What We Do
LTS serves three markets today. In media & entertainment, studios, VFX houses, and video platforms use LTX for animation, keyframing, and generating video at scale from existing assets. In real-time experiences, LTX powers talking avatars and efficient on-device rendering for interactive engines like Unity. In robotics and physical AI, we work with partners like Standard Bots and Markov Robotics to train and deploy world action models. What sets us apart across all three: our models are open, efficient, and adaptable. We were founded by four computer-science PhDs who never stopped thinking like researchers. That mindset still defines us: deep technical ambition, a bias toward building, and a belief that the best creative tools haven't been invented yet.
Why Work With Us

Hybrid Workspace
Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We work hybrid. There are set in-office days built into the week, and the rest is remote. We design the mix intentionally, because in-person time makes the work better.
