Leads mechanical design and development for autonomous mobile robot systems from concept through production. Responsibilities include SolidWorks modeling, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, prototyping, testing, validation, mechanical calculations, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also supports production, product launches, manufacturability, reliability, and continuous improvement. AMR, AGV, mobile robotics, warehouse automation, or industrial robotics experience is mandatory.

Manage domestic and international shipments, export documentation, and customs clearance; coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams; ensure DG compliance for lithium batteries (IATA/ICAO); plan dispatch schedules, track deliveries, maintain shipping records, and support logistics cost optimization and process improvements.

Manage end-to-end procurement for AMR manufacturing: vendor sourcing, RFQs, purchase orders, negotiation, inventory coordination, and logistics. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Finance and Stores to ensure timely material availability and maintain procurement records and compliance.
