Support ERP modernization by documenting current-state processes, performing gap analysis, and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements for SAP implementations. Produce process maps, requirements documents, data migration and reporting specs, and stakeholder-ready deliverables to ensure traceability and implementation readiness.

Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across email and SMS channels. Design end-to-end journeys, manage data architecture and segmentation using SQL and AMPscript, enable SMS (MobileConnect) with compliance, integrate with external systems, troubleshoot campaigns, and produce technical documentation while following security and change management processes.

Manage end-to-end finance, HR/payroll, and contracts operations across ANGARAI India and USA. Own the A-Z BOS (Zoho suite) as system of record, ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP, IRS, local tax), maintain audit readiness, prepare financial statements and reporting, and support onboarding, payroll, and contract lifecycle management aligned with US Eastern Time.
