Lead modernization of an enterprise GIS application by migrating an ArcMap AddIn to an ArcGIS Pro AddIn using the ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET. Convert Model Builder models and geoprocessing scripts to Python toolboxes, maintain enterprise geodatabase connectivity, develop database triggers and stored procedures, create reports, perform code reviews and documentation, and translate land-use planning requirements into application logic. The role is onsite in Towson, Maryland, for an approximately six-month contract with potential extensions.

Interns will support analysis, IT/MIS and AI automation tasks, proposal/technical writing, marketing, supply chain, HR, and project management while developing communication, analytical, and collaborative skills.
