Lead modernization of an enterprise GIS application by migrating an ArcMap AddIn to an ArcGIS Pro AddIn using the ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET. Convert Model Builder models and geoprocessing scripts to Python toolboxes, maintain enterprise geodatabase connectivity, develop database triggers and stored procedures, create reports, perform code reviews and documentation, and translate land-use planning requirements into application logic. The role is onsite in Towson, Maryland, for an approximately six-month contract with potential extensions.

Manage end-to-end finance, HR/payroll, and contracts operations across ANGARAI India and USA. Own the A-Z BOS (Zoho suite) as system of record, ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP, IRS, local tax), maintain audit readiness, prepare financial statements and reporting, and support onboarding, payroll, and contract lifecycle management aligned with US Eastern Time.

Support migration of a legacy marketing portal to Salesforce Marketing Cloud by documenting current-state, mapping data, analyzing historical campaign performance, supporting UAT, tracking project milestones/risks, preparing stakeholder materials, and aiding change management and user readiness while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
