Provide Tier 2 desktop, endpoint, and audiovisual support across enterprise Windows environments. Administer endpoints, manage software distribution and patching, support Microsoft 365 services, maintain print solutions, and deliver AV conference-room support. Troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, collaborate with IT teams, and document procedures to support endpoint lifecycle, standardization, and security.

Designs, develops, and executes automated, integration, regression, API/microservices, and performance tests. Creates test plans, scripts, and data; runs UAT support; performs load testing with JMeter/Gatling/BlazeMeter; maintains automation frameworks (Cucumber, Playwright, Selenium, Newman); analyzes results, reports defects, and collaborates with development teams. Supports off-hours testing as needed.

Provide EDI data analysis, transaction support, error detection/resolution, and daily transmission support for healthcare/eligibility systems. Validate Medicaid 8001 and 1095 files, analyze EDI acknowledgments, coordinate fixes with IT/business teams, perform SQL-based root cause analysis, and implement data corrections.
