Behavior Technicians support young men in a structured, trauma-informed behavioral health setting. They build therapeutic relationships, reinforce treatment and behavior plans, teach coping and emotional regulation skills, facilitate routines and activities, document progress, respond to crises, and collaborate with therapists, nurses, educators, and leadership. The role emphasizes compassion, accountability, safety, communication, and helping youth develop healthier behaviors and long-term resilience.

Provides administrative support to executive leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, handling communications, maintaining filing systems, arranging travel, tracking expenses, supporting special projects, and protecting confidential information.

Leads daily operations in a residential youth program, supervises and develops Youth Care Workers and Mentors, conducts meetings and debriefs, maintains structure and documentation, collaborates with clinicians, manages crises, and supports a safe, accountable environment for youth.
