Behavior Technicians support young men in a structured, trauma-informed behavioral health setting. They build therapeutic relationships, reinforce treatment and behavior plans, teach coping and emotional regulation skills, facilitate routines and activities, document progress, respond to crises, and collaborate with therapists, nurses, educators, and leadership. The role emphasizes compassion, accountability, safety, communication, and helping youth develop healthier behaviors and long-term resilience.

Coordinates employee onboarding, facilitates CPR, First Aid, crisis intervention, and compliance training, tracks certifications and training records, supports competency evaluations and leadership development, and promotes a culture of learning and accountability across residential and behavioral health programs.

Provides administrative support to executive leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, handling communications, maintaining filing systems, arranging travel, tracking expenses, supporting special projects, and protecting confidential information.
