Position Summary

Anderson Health Services is seeking a dependable and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executive leadership. This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, handling communications, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings.

  • Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes.

  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other business documents.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking, as needed.

  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of two years of administrative or executive support experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

This position works in a professional office environment and collaborates with leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
