Position Summary
Anderson Health Services is seeking a dependable and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executive leadership. This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, handling communications, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings.

Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes.

Draft correspondence, reports, and other business documents.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.

Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking, as needed.

Support special projects and administrative initiatives.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of two years of administrative or executive support experience preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Work Environment

What We Do
Anderson Health Services is a minority‑owned, CARF‑accredited behavioral health agency based in Marshville, North Carolina. The organization provides specialized residential and therapeutic services for adolescent boys (roughly ages 7–17), focusing on person‑centered care and social‑emotional competencies. Anderson supports youth and families across North Carolina with programs that address physical, mental, emotional and social needs, and prepares clients for appropriate levels of care.
