Own client relationships from qualified lead through retention and renewal. Guides architecture and development teams, conducts code reviews, troubleshoots issues, optimizes performance, ensures cross-browser compatibility, and collaborates with backend and cross-functional teams.

Leads the India Shared Services people agenda, advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent, performance, employee relations, compliance, culture, and people analytics. Provides functional oversight of HR, recruitment, and learning and development teams while building scalable talent and leadership capabilities in a global, matrixed organization.

Provides end-to-end fund administration, including investor onboarding, AML/KYC processing, transaction administration, client money and asset reconciliations, record maintenance, reporting, and investor support. The role handles routine client queries, system testing, data cleansing, CASS compliance assistance, and process improvement projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.

Delivers and manages new-hire and ongoing training for tax teams. Provides floor support, reinforces standardized tax processes, transfers knowledge from U.S.-based teams, monitors trainee performance, identifies skill gaps, and coordinates targeted development. Collaborates with supervisors and managers to improve training programs, accuracy, quality, efficiency, and operational readiness.

Support the Compliance Officer and MLRO to maintain FCA-compliant systems and controls. Assist with policy reviews, AR onboarding and monitoring, financial promotions review, regulatory filings, compliance training, monitoring programs, SARs, data/reporting, business continuity, regulatory change implementation, and risk management.

Lead end-to-end post-merger integrations from pre-close planning through Day 1 and stabilization. Define integration strategy, operating models, governance, and success metrics; lead cross-functional teams and the Integration Management Office; drive synergy realization, manage budgets and resources, resolve executive-level risks, and institutionalize integration playbooks and tooling.
