Lead and develop the German Fund Operations team, ensure operational performance, governance, KPIs, and client escalation handling; standardize and scale processes with India SSO and drive digital/AI-enabled automation.

Support end-to-end fund operations for venture capital and private equity funds: maintain investor data, process transactions in the ERP/EAP systems, prepare quarterly and special reports, manage capital calls and distributions, ensure data quality and controls, assist managers with client deliverables, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR processing, bank reconciliations, prepare financial statements, support budgeting and VAT compliance, assist audits, and manage vendor/customer billing inquiries.

Support Head of India SSC to drive operational performance, standardize processes, and maintain KPI reporting. Develop dashboards, consolidate data, analyze trends, flag risks, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support governance, workforce planning, and scalability efforts across shared services.

Support and coordinate strategic and operational initiatives through a PMO approach: track project progress, analyze data, build reporting frameworks, optimize processes, and prepare executive materials while collaborating with leadership and global teams.

Manage end-to-end post-acquisition integrations: run cross-functional meetings, track deliverables and timelines, coordinate internal and acquired teams, surface risks, and report to senior stakeholders while improving integration processes.
