Support the Compliance Officer and MLRO to maintain FCA-compliant systems and controls. Assist with policy reviews, AR onboarding and monitoring, financial promotions review, regulatory filings, compliance training, monitoring programs, SARs, data/reporting, business continuity, regulatory change implementation, and risk management.

Provide end-to-end fund administration including investor onboarding and AML/KYC checks, transaction processing, daily client money and asset reconciliations, client and investor communications, report/statement production, system testing and data cleansing, and support for projects and process improvements.

Support the General Manager to grow the company: build prospect lists and campaigns, join client calls, track commercial performance, develop partnerships, attend international trade shows and embassy events, and help structure the HubSpot CRM and dashboards.

Lead UI/UX Designer responsible for end-to-end product design across web and mobile: user research, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, accessibility, developer handoff, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, user-centered experiences.

Lead and oversee Tax Prep, Tax Admin, and Client Tax Coordinator teams in Ahmedabad; align operations with US Tax/Accounting management; monitor performance and KPIs; coach supervisors; implement process improvements; ensure compliance with company policies and US tax regulations.

Support US entity compliance by preparing and processing Secretary of State and regulatory filings, performing data entry, managing documents, corresponding with clients via email, maintaining records, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, and driving process improvements and administrative support for the Entity Processing team.

Support end-to-end fund operations for venture capital and private equity funds: maintain investor data, process transactions in the ERP/EAP systems, prepare quarterly and special reports, manage capital calls and distributions, ensure data quality and controls, assist managers with client deliverables, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Support Head of India SSC to drive operational performance, standardize processes, and maintain KPI reporting. Develop dashboards, consolidate data, analyze trends, flag risks, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support governance, workforce planning, and scalability efforts across shared services.

Support and coordinate strategic and operational initiatives through a PMO approach: track project progress, analyze data, build reporting frameworks, optimize processes, and prepare executive materials while collaborating with leadership and global teams.

Manage end-to-end post-acquisition integrations: run cross-functional meetings, track deliverables and timelines, coordinate internal and acquired teams, surface risks, and report to senior stakeholders while improving integration processes.
