Support the Compliance Officer and MLRO to maintain FCA-compliant systems and controls. Assist with policy reviews, AR onboarding and monitoring, financial promotions review, regulatory filings, compliance training, monitoring programs, SARs, data/reporting, business continuity, regulatory change implementation, and risk management.

Lead preparation and review of full sets of accounts, month/quarter/year-end close, GST and tax support, financial statements under Singapore FRS, budgeting/forecasting, liaise with auditors and train junior staff, and improve accounting controls and processes.

Lead end-to-end post-merger integrations from pre-close planning through Day 1 and stabilization. Define integration strategy, operating models, governance, and success metrics; lead cross-functional teams and the Integration Management Office; drive synergy realization, manage budgets and resources, resolve executive-level risks, and institutionalize integration playbooks and tooling.
