Manage client relationships and end-to-end fund operations for venture capital and private equity structures. Coordinate fund reporting, tax notifications, investor data, capital calls, distributions, liquidity processes, and ERP data quality. Guide junior team members, ensure compliance and process reliability, and drive operational improvements through digital and AI-enabled workflows.

Support the end-to-end analytics stack: respond to data requests, contribute to dbt models/tests/docs, build BI dashboards in Hex, automate regulatory reporting, operate and govern data tools, assist migrations and ad-hoc investigations, and drive data quality and governance across the business.

Support the General Manager to grow the company: build prospect lists and campaigns, join client calls, track commercial performance, develop partnerships, attend international trade shows and embassy events, and help structure the HubSpot CRM and dashboards.
