Own client relationships from qualified lead through retention and renewal. Qualify and convert inbound leads, manage client requests and escalations, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, review deliverable quality, perform first-level KYC file checks, maintain accurate HubSpot records, and improve client service processes while coordinating with legal, mail handling, and shared service teams.

Handles bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, VAT compliance, audit support, and vendor and customer billing inquiries. The role maintains accurate ledgers, prepares financial statements and tax documentation, monitors budget variances, resolves discrepancies, and communicates financial information to internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad.

Oversee accounting operations for multiple clients, prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain general ledgers, post journal entries, manage budgets and forecasts, ensure compliance with accounting standards and client policies, improve processes, and mentor junior accountants. Serve as the primary client contact for accounting-related questions and provide financial insights and advisory support.
