Manages on-site HR and payroll operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, corrective action, terminations, personnel records, payroll processing, benefits administration, workers’ compensation documentation, and recruitment support. Partners with the facility CEO and home office HR team to implement policies, maintain compliance, handle sensitive matters confidentially, and foster a respectful workplace culture across multiple communities.

Provide direct, family-centered nursing care to elderly or acutely ill residents under RN direction. Administer medications and treatments, document clinical observations, participate in assessments and care planning, assist with admissions/discharges, oversee medication aides/techs, and respond to emergencies while ensuring regulatory compliance and resident safety.
