The Operations Supervisor oversees in-store operations, manages inventory, leads the retail team, drives sales, and ensures exceptional customer experiences.

Identify and secure new wholesale partnerships, manage full sales cycle and pipeline, develop assortment and launch plans, coordinate onboarding with cross-functional teams, represent the brand at trade shows, and maintain CRM records and forecasts to drive sustainable wholesale growth.

Build and maintain scalable full‑stack e‑commerce applications: API and Shopify development, frontend React features, GraphQL/MongoDB data access, CI/CD, TDD, monitoring, and documentation. Optimize for performance, security, and accessibility.

Lead floor operations to ensure inventory accuracy, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and elevated client experiences. Coach and support the sales team, drive KPI achievement, oversee replenishment, shipment processing, and omni-channel transactions while partnering with HQ to improve store performance.
