Lead demand and inventory planning across e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale, and retail. Build rolling forecasts, run monthly S&OP, prioritize constrained inventory allocations, own open-to-buy and inventory investment, design replenishment automation, manage supplier reorder decisions, and develop planning systems, dashboards, and standards. Manage one planner and grow the planning function while working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Retail, Operations, Production, and Finance.

The Operations Supervisor oversees in-store operations, manages inventory, leads the retail team, drives sales, and ensures exceptional customer experiences.

Identify and secure new wholesale partnerships, manage full sales cycle and pipeline, develop assortment and launch plans, coordinate onboarding with cross-functional teams, represent the brand at trade shows, and maintain CRM records and forecasts to drive sustainable wholesale growth.

Build and maintain scalable full‑stack e‑commerce applications: API and Shopify development, frontend React features, GraphQL/MongoDB data access, CI/CD, TDD, monitoring, and documentation. Optimize for performance, security, and accessibility.

Lead store operations to ensure inventory accuracy, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and elevated client experiences. Coach and support team performance, assist sales targets and KPIs, manage front/back of house tasks, and partner with HQ to improve processes and efficiency.
