Coordinates wholesale operations, including purchase orders, EDI transmissions, inventory and available-to-sell tracking, product listings, samples, showroom logistics, buyer communication, CRM updates, and trade show support. Serves as the operational contact for independent retailers and sales agency representatives while partnering with production, merchandising, operations, and sales teams. Also supports wholesale account outreach, reporting, returns, reorders, and product collection management.

Lead demand and inventory planning across e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale, and retail. Build rolling forecasts, run monthly S&OP, prioritize constrained inventory allocations, own open-to-buy and inventory investment, design replenishment automation, manage supplier reorder decisions, and develop planning systems, dashboards, and standards. Manage one planner and grow the planning function while working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Retail, Operations, Production, and Finance.
