Oversees 3PL SLA performance, order exceptions, inventory alignment, returns workflows, customer experience coordination, invoice reconciliation, dispute recovery, and operational trackers. Maintains SOPs and audit trails while identifying automation and corrective-action opportunities to improve fulfillment performance.

Lead demand and inventory planning across e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale, and retail. Build rolling forecasts, run monthly S&OP, prioritize constrained inventory allocations, own open-to-buy and inventory investment, design replenishment automation, manage supplier reorder decisions, and develop planning systems, dashboards, and standards. Manage one planner and grow the planning function while working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Retail, Operations, Production, and Finance.
