Own demand forecasting, inventory allocation, open-to-buy, replenishment, supply planning, and inventory health across e-commerce, marketplaces, wholesale, and retail channels. Lead monthly S&OP, build planning models and automation using spreadsheets and BI tools, manage constrained inventory decisions, and oversee a Supply Chain Planner. Partner with Merchandising, Sales, Retail, Operations, Production, and Finance while managing inventory investment and working capital considerations.

Lead in-store operations to ensure inventory accuracy, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and elevated client experiences. Coach and support the sales team, help achieve sales KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT), manage back-of-house processes (replenishment, shipments, audits, omni-channel transactions), and partner with store leadership and HQ to optimize processes and performance.
