Drives working capital and cash optimization initiatives, supports financing, acquisitions, strategic investments, and capital allocation, and ensures governance, controls, SOX compliance, and effective risk management. Partners with cross-functional and executive stakeholders across a multinational manufacturing organization.

Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central planning and MRP functions for manufacturing operations. Configure planning parameters, translate demand into material and production plans, resolve shortages and exceptions, maintain planning master data, and support implementation, migration, testing, cutover, training, and stabilization. Develop KPIs and dashboards while coordinating Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and implementation partners to improve ERP-supported supply chain processes.

Owns configuration, support, security, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement for finance-related Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce systems. Supports financial modules, close-cycle processes, reconciliations, dashboards, data integrity, migrations, testing, training, documentation, and technical troubleshooting. Partners with Finance and Business Applications teams to maintain accurate GL, AP/AR, costing, order-to-cash, and reporting data while monitoring system health and recommending enhancements.

The HRIS Analyst manages workforce reporting, dashboards, HR data integrity, system administration, workflow automation, technology evaluations, and HR technology implementations. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations; investigates data discrepancies; supports integrations and payroll processes; documents systems and workflows; and trains users on improved processes.

Ensures industrial generator and energy equipment products and manufacturing processes meet quality, customer, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include inspections, process improvement, root cause analysis, CAPA, supplier quality, SPC, nonconformance management, audits, warranty investigations, and quality documentation. The role supports new product development, production validation, employee training, customer concerns, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Leads engineering New Product Introduction projects from design through pilot and mass production. Owns schedules, critical-path tracking, gate-review inputs, risk registers, and cross-functional accountability. Manages Change Requests and Engineering Change Orders, technical documentation, revision histories, bills of materials, routings, item cards, part numbers, and product life-cycle transitions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and quality teams to maintain data integrity and production readiness.

The Senior Accountant maintains the general ledger, prepares financial statements, reconciles accounts, manages sales and use tax, lease accounting, fixed assets, and month-end close activities. The role supports audits, evaluates internal controls, performs financial and variance analyses, allocates expenses, records intercompany eliminations, and mentors junior accounting staff. This is a fully onsite position in Henderson, Nevada, reporting to the Accounting Manager.

Build and lead ANA’s cost accounting function for its manufacturing and distribution operations. Responsibilities include standard costing, inventory valuation, variance and margin analysis, ERP-based costing processes, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit support, and cost estimating. The role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Service, and Finance to improve data quality, reporting, profitability visibility, and scalable financial processes. This is a fully onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.
